Jayden Foster
FOUNDER/COACH
Jayden Foster is the founder of Top Flight Basketball and a former Top Flight player himself. Growing up under Coach Shawn Palmer at Rangeview High School, Jayden learned the values that still guide him today—discipline, confidence, hard work, and doing things the right way on and off the court.
Now in his final quarter of completing his Master’s degree in Business Information & Analytics at the University of Denver, Jayden brings both basketball experience and analytical insight into how he runs the program. His academic background strengthens his ability to structure practices, analyze player development, and build Top Flight into a well-organized, intentional, and forward-thinking program.
Jayden ReVamped Top Flight to give every kid a real opportunity to grow, regardless of their background or skill level. He focuses on teaching strong fundamentals, basketball IQ, and true confidence through structured training, honest coaching, and a positive culture. His mission is simple: make basketball affordable, accessible, and a place where every player leaves better than when they arrived.

Cassondra McQueen
PROGRAM SUPPORT & OPERATIONS
Cassondra McQueen is the heartbeat of Top Flight. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner from Community Medical Services, where she dedicates her career to supporting individuals battling addiction. Her compassion, strength, and commitment shows up in everything she does — whether she’s caring for patients or helping Top Flight run smoothly behind the scenes.
As Jayden’s mother, Cassondra has been supporting Top Flight long before it existed. She handles finances, scheduling, communication, and all the small details that most people never see. She gives her time, energy, and love to help Top Flight grow, often without recognition. The program simply wouldn’t exist without her.
Cassondra is also the mother of the triplets — Alec, Braelen, and Colton — who are coached by their older brother Jayden. She takes immense pride in her family and pours everything she has into helping them succeed. Her leadership, organization, and constant support makes her an essential part of Top Flight’s culture and success.
Top Flight is a family, and Cassondra is a big part of the reason this family works.

Mary Wilson
COACH
Mary Wilson is from Greenwood, Indiana, and played four years of Division I basketball as a shooting guard—known for her long-range shooting and her ability to stretch the floor with the three ball. Her playing career was shaped by ups, downs, and real adversity, which is why she connects so deeply with young athletes who are working to find their confidence and their voice on the court.
Mary has always believed in growth, transformation, and becoming the best version of herself—something that is reflected through her love of plants. She brings that same mindset into her coaching, helping players develop not only their skills but also a strong belief in themselves.
Off the court, Mary is preparing to apply to law school, following in her mother’s footsteps and aiming to become another successful lawyer in her family. Her discipline, leadership, and experience as a Division I athlete make her a powerful role model within Top Flight and an important part of the program’s culture.

Shawn Palmer
PROGRAM ADVISOR/ MENTOR
Shawn Palmer has been one of the most influential figures in the creation of Top Flight Basketball. As the longtime Head Boys Basketball Coach at Rangeview High School, he has built a reputation for developing high-level athletes, strong leaders, and disciplined young men both on and off the court. His experience, leadership, and commitment to teaching the game the right way set the foundation that Top Flight is built on today.
Coach Palmer started the original Top Flight team years ago, where he coached a young Jayden Foster and helped shape his understanding of discipline, confidence, accountability, and how basketball should be played. The lessons Jayden learned under Coach Palmer are the same values he now passes on to the next generation through Top Flight.
While Coach Palmer serves as a mentor and advisor to the program, his impact runs much deeper than that. He helped plant the seed for what Top Flight has become, and continues to be a role model, supporter, and guiding voice as the program grows. His belief in developing people first and players second is a core part of Top Flight’s identity.
Simply put, without Coach Palmer, Top Flight would not exist in the form it does today.

Joel Kruschwitz
COACH
Joel Kruschwitz has been a huge part of Top Flight’s growth and continues to play a major role in elevating both the players and the program as a whole. Joel has a strong feel for the game, teaches fundamentals with precision and patience, and brings a calm, steady presence that players naturally gravitate toward. His ability to simplify the game, communicate clearly, and build trust has made him one of the program’s most effective and respected coaches.
Joel is someone who believes deeply in doing things the right way. His coaching philosophy centers on hard work, accountability, and creating a positive environment where players feel supported and challenged. He has become a trusted voice in Top Flight — steady, honest, approachable, and always focused on what’s best for the team and each athlete.
Outside of basketball, Joel works as a trustee agent for State Farm. In his personal life, he enjoys the New York Times puzzles, spending quality time with his wife, kids, and dog, and gets on the slopes to ski when he can. He enjoys nearly every sport, proudly supports the local teams, and values any opportunity to stay close to basketball — whether he’s learning and growing as a coach or jumping into a game whenever possible.
