Who We Are

Top Flight Basketball is built on the belief that every kid deserves an opportunity to grow, no matter their background, skill level, or financial situation. The program is designed to be affordable, accessible, and open to any athlete willing to put in the work. Top Flight aims to give players a place where they feel supported, challenged, and pushed to reach their potential.

Top Flight’s roots trace back to when Coach Jayden was coached by Shawn Palmer, the Head Varsity Coach at Rangeview High School. Coach Palmer started the original Top Flight team, and many of the athletes he coached have gone on to accomplish incredible things in their lives. The values he instilled—discipline, confidence, and how to carry yourself on and off the court—are the same values that continue to guide Top Flight today.

The program has been rebuilt with those same principles at its core. Top Flight focuses on real skill development, basketball IQ, and competing the right way. Training sessions are organized, intentional, and positive to help every athlete grow and build confidence.

Top Flight isn’t just training—it’s a community. It’s a culture where players from all backgrounds can work hard, learn the game, and receive opportunities they may not get anywhere else.
